Community Guidelines

We want MUDGAMEZ to be a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space for players of all backgrounds, ages, and skill levels. We expect every player to treat others with respect, compete fairly, and help keep the community friendly.

• Be respectful: Treat other players, staff, and moderators with courtesy.
• Play fair: Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party tools to gain an advantage.
• Keep it clean: Do not post profanity, hate speech, sexual content, or violent threats.
• Protect privacy: Do not share your own or anyone else's personal or contact information.

The following is never allowed in any user-generated content on MUDGAMEZ, including usernames, profile bios, posts, and any text a player can enter:

• Profanity, vulgarity, or obscenity in any language (including English, Hindi, Urdu, and others).
• Hate speech, slurs, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Sexual or sexually suggestive content, including in usernames and profile pictures.
• Threats of violence, harassment, bullying, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Impersonation of other players, staff, moderators, or public figures.
• Advertising, spam, scams, or links to external commercial or malicious sites.
• Content that promotes or depicts real-money gambling, drug use, or illegal activity.

MUDGAMEZ uses a combination of automated and human moderation to keep the community safe:

• Automated profanity filter: Usernames and other user-entered text are filtered automatically against a profanity list covering English, Hindi/Urdu, and common variations (leetspeak, masking, and gaming-specific toxicity).
• User reporting: Players can report inappropriate content directly from leaderboards and profiles. Every report is reviewed by our moderation team.
• Human review: Reported content and accounts flagged by automated filters are reviewed by a human moderator before action is taken.
• Account action: Violations may result in content removal, username reset, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban depending on severity and repeat behavior.

If you see content on MUDGAMEZ that violates these guidelines, you can report it in two ways:

• In-app report: Use the "Report" button shown next to leaderboard entries and user profiles. Pick the reason and submit. Our team will review it.
• Email report: Email mudgames4u@gmail.com with the subject line "CONTENT REPORT", the offending username or content, and a screenshot if possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

If your content was removed or moderation action was taken against your profile and you believe this was a mistake, you can appeal by emailing mudgames4u@gmail.com with the subject line "MODERATION APPEAL" and your username. A different moderator will review the appeal and respond within 7 business days.

Children & Safety

MUDGAMEZ is a general-audience browser gaming platform and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents who believe their child has submitted personal information or posted content can request removal by contacting us. See our Age Verification and Parental Controls pages for more information.
