This Privacy Policy explains how MUDGAMEZ handles information. Basic gameplay uses an automatic guest session and does not require email, real name, phone number, date of birth, government ID, or payment information. Optional features such as tournaments, leaderboards, community posts, contact forms, virtual coin balances, and advertising may involve limited technical or gameplay data as described below.
Information We Collect and Do Not Collect
Guest session: Basic browser gameplay uses an automatic guest session. We or our service providers may process a generated guest identifier, display name, device/browser details, game activity, scores, tournament entries, leaderboard rankings, and virtual coin balances so the platform can work.
No active account sign-in: Public gameplay currently uses guest sessions. External account sign-in is not currently offered as a public login option. If account sign-in is enabled later, we will update this Privacy Policy before making it available to users.
Contact and community features: If you submit a contact form, report content, or post community content, we may process the information you choose to provide, such as your message, email address, username, screenshots, and moderation details.
No Payment Information: We do not process payments, store financial information, or sell virtual currency. All games are free to play. Coins and diamonds cannot be purchased with real money, exchanged for cash, transferred between users, or redeemed for any real-world item of value.
No Location Tracking: We do not track your physical location or GPS data.
Local Browser Storage Only
Some guest preferences, session identifiers, recently played game data, and interface settings are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Tournament, leaderboard, score submission, wallet, and community features may send feature-related data to MUDGAMEZ or service providers so those features can work. You can clear local browser data at any time by clearing your browser storage, but server-side leaderboard, tournament, moderation, or support records may remain where required to operate the service and prevent abuse.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data associated with you.

Advertising

MUDGAMEZ is a general-audience browser gaming platform and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
